Upload Unavailable Message
This will be played before caller is prompted by tone to leave message. (Eg.: "John is not available at the moment. Please leave a message after the tone.")
Accepted audio format: *.wav ; 16 bit ; sample rate higher than 8000 hz
You can also record your unavailable message through your phone, following the steps below:
- Call your account's number and wait for your Auto Attendant - Press '*' to enter the Features Menu - Press '1' to enter the Voicemail Menu - Enter the extension then wait for the next message - Enter the extension password then wait for the next message - Press '0' for Mailbox options - Press '1' to record your Unavailable Message Voicemail Notification
Set up the e-mail address used to receive notification of new voicemails. Also you can choose if you want your voicemails to be sent on e-mail as attachments or not.
